FALLOUT MOD MANAGER OR NEXUS MOD MANAGER MODS

I remember when I played skyrim I had only around 250 mods and the game was insanely unstable at times and would even improperly load mods (missing textures, or replacing voice lines with different ones). Nexus Mod Manager Latest Version Overview. I've also had more problems with this mod manager both installing mods and handling large amounts of mods compared to the last two combined. This step-by-step tutorial will guide you through installing the Nexus Mod Manager (NMM) on your system. You can only get an open source version of it currently and it's not in the best state lol I'd advise to just avoid this like the plague honestly. The tools you're given are worse, certain features are either lacking or flat out not there, and has none of the ease of use features vortex has. Im fairly new to mods, so as one might expect, I havent been manually installing any of them.Ive seen a few people speak of installing LoversLab mods through the Nexus Mod Manager as well, but I have no idea how I would go about doing that.Id appreciate it if someone could help walk me throug. NMM is basically not only outdated, but subpar to MO2 in almost every way. The only mods that gave me any trouble were for fallout 4 which were "Armor and Weapon Keywords Community Resource" and "Armoursmith Extended", both horribly made "community tools" (that's the fault of the mod makers) that I won't bother ripping into, but nonetheless this mod manager has played nice with practically 99% of the mods I've ever used, it was able to hold close to 300 and showed to noticeable problems There are rare times where vortex doesn't play nice with some mods on the nexus, but those are very few and far between. It has a version of LOOT that auto checks if your mods need cleaning (sometimes gives false negatives but easy to confirm), helps you auto resolve conflicts (will tell you how it should be loaded correctly 99% of the time) and will even sort your ESPs and ESMs for you to make the game load faster. Vortex is the most streamlined and ease of use mod manager, and is the current mod manager nexus supports replacing NMM, and is probably the most accessible mod manager to date. I've been able to run skyrim with nearly 300 mods and the manager was able to handle it with ease (very nice) I've never had a single issue loading any mods with MO2 both for the individual mod or an amount. Are there any alternatives that are like NMM. But it is really meant for people under the age of 10.

I get that Vortex is made for people who don't know their way around a mod manager. I used this for most of my time modding FO3/NV/4 and has given me the most smooth overall experience But it is severely outdated ever since Nexus switched to Vortex.

MO2 has prob the best "potential" since you have control over almost everything and has the most indepth tools/options for "hanlding" your mods/plugins, but can be more difficult to learn it if that makes sense. TLDR: IMO for me it's MO2 > Vortex > nexus mod manager
